Vegan PB Cheesecake Bars

CRUST:

•2c granola

•3tbs coconut oil

Blend above ingredients in blender then place into baking dish lined with parchment paper

 

FILLING:

•1/2c cashews, soaked overnight

•3tbs cashew or almond butter

•2tbs coconut oil

•1/4c maple syrup

•1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend ingredients in blender then pour over crust-freeze then cut into bars
