Spicy Lentil Butternut Squash Pasta


•Trader Joe's red lentil pasta, cooked according to package

•1/2 tbs ghee or butter

•red pepper flakes

•garlic powder to taste

•salt & pepper to taste

•roasted butternut squash

•healthy chicken meatballs (inspired by Fit Foodie Finds) all I did was use organic ground chicken instead of red meat and didn't add balsamic at the end. great meal-prep recipe.



1. cook the pasta according yo directions, drain and rinse with water. add 1/2 tbs ghee to the same pot and heat over medium. add red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. add pasta, roasted butternut squash and meatballs.
