Creamy VEGAN Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

1c roasted butternut squash

•1c raw, unsalted cashews

•1 1/2c almond milk

•3 1/2 tbs nutritional yeast

•2 tbs avocado oil

•1/2 tsp sea salt

•1/4 tsp pepper

•1/4 tsp paprika

•1/2 tsp garlic powder

•juice from half a lemon

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. Prepare pasta according to package then drain. Add sauce to pot with pasta and mix well. SERVE & ENJOY!
