Spinach Banana & Cauli Smoothie

Ingredients:

•1c frozen spinach

•1/2c frozen cauliflower (I purchase frozen cauli rice and steam it in the bag then freeze overnight)

•1 scoop vanilla protein

•2 tbs flaxseed

•2 tbs shredded coconut

•1 1/2c almond milk

•dash of cinnamon

•1/2 banana

Directions:

Blend in blender until smooth. Pour into glass and top with your favorite granola and fruit!
