Vegan Pesto

This recipe is inspired by Dana over at the Minimalist Baker.


•2 cups packed fresh basil

•3 tbsp walnuts

•3 large cloves of garlic

•juice from half a lemon

•3 tbsp nutritional yeast

•1/4tsp sea salt

•2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

•3-6tbsp water (depending on how creamy you want it)




Throw all ingredients into a food processor (besides water) and pulse until processed then slowly add water until desired smooth consistency. ENJOY!
